A Very Good hardcover copy of this entertaining book reprinted 5 months after the original 1929 First Edition. Illustrated throughout with b&w photographs. No jacket, boards bumped a little to corners and a little discolouration to spine edges. Gilt titles and device to slightly sunned spine. Neat signature to front end-paper otherwise a very clean copy on soft paper with no foxing or marking throughout. The Lady is Mrs Sung of Shanghai.
