Each chapter is followed by a page of safety questions related to that chapter. The condition is very good. The pages are clean and free of all marks, tears and folds. There are colorful illustrations on nearly every page. The bright orange cloth cover shows a girl and boy in front of a tent and the girl is bandaging the boy's finger. There is slight soiling on front and a water mark on back. The binding is tight.
