About the Author:
Gecko Keck was born in 1967 in Stuttgart, Germany. In 1989, he set up an agency for caricatures and illustrations and then worked for a short time as a graphic designer. In 1993 he went freelance again and since then has made over 5000 drawing designs and over 300 models for closely guarded collectors' items, as well as working on products for 'Lord of the Rings', 'Asterix', 'The Incredibles', 'Harry Potter', 'Sponge Bob Square Pants', 'Bob the Builder' and 'Winnie the Pooh', amongst others. In 1998, he opened his own art gallery in Stuttgart and published his first book. Since 2003, he has been predominantly working on children's books and running courses on the subjects of painting and drawing on the island of Elba.
