About the Author:
OONAGH DUNCAN is a multi-award-winning trainer with 17 years of distinction in the fitness industry. She has worked as an Associate Fitness Editor for Chatelaine magazine, a contributing writer for Fitness magazine, and a regular guest on CBC's The Goods and The Steven and Chris Show.
