Trish Ross and Jacquie Trafford both enjoyed successful careers before turning their attention to bean cooking. For nearly fifteen years they have studied and researched the world of beans from preparation and nutritional aspects, to exploring unique recipes from around the world. Their first book, Easy Beans first hit the market in 1994 and has been reprinted many times. They decided to publish a second book because people wanted even more recipes, ones to include an even greater variety of beans and a wider range of Ingredients. The authors named it More Easy Beans!
