This book offers a month’s worth of wisdom, advice, and encouragement for women in the form of 31 short daily meditational readings, written by award-winning teacher and author Cynthia Bond Hopson. The 31 readings consist of a quotation, a Scripture reading, the meditation itself, and a closing prayer. The author suggests including a space after each lesson for the reader to add her own reflections and prayer, but I don’t believe this is necessary. Hopson’s style is conversational, humorous, and appealing.
