Susan Perabo teaches creative writing at Dickinson College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. She received her M.F.A. from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville. She was the first woman to play men's NCAA baseball, a distinction acknowledged in the Baseball Hall of Fame, in Cooperstown, New York.
