About the Author:
Pierre Salinger has been President Kennedy's Press Secretary, a US senator, and ABC Television's Paris bureau chief. He is currently Vice-Chairman of a public relations firm and is the author of SECRET DOSSIER, a behind-the-scenes account of the Gulf War, also published by Penguin. He lives in Washington DC.
