About the Author:
Garrison Keillor is an American author, actor, broadcaster and storyteller. He is best known for his radio show, A Prairie Home Companion, which he hosted from 1974 to 2016. He is the creator of Lake Wobegon, a fictional Minnesota town 'where all the women are strong, all the men are good-looking, and all the children are above average'. Many of Keillor's books are set there, including Lake Wobegon Days, We Are Still Married and Life Among the Lutherans.
