About the Author:
For more than a decade Jay Solomon, a chef and author of eight cookbooks, has been cooking with flair and entertaining with gusto. His recipes and articles have appeared in magazines and newspapers across the country, including Vegetarian Times magazine. A graduate of Cornell University′s School of Hotel Administration, Solomon is the owner of Jay′s Cafe, a popular Caribbean restaurant in Ithaca, New York.
